After experiencing the pandemic and now war in different parts of the world, our students need to find themselves and develop the emotional intelligence that underpins their learning and mental and physical well-being. By the participation in the project, the pupils are going to discover themselves as individuals, understand their role in class, school, society... and in this way develop numerous life competencies. Through the project activities we would like to implement soft skills related to the area of personal development (self-regulation, flexibility, wellbeing), the area of social development (empathy, communication, collaboration, cooperation, inclusion) and the area of learning to learn growth (growth mindset, critical thinking, managing learning). It’s going to be a big project involving 5 countries, 6 schools, 30 teachers (both experienced and inexperienced eTwinners) and 438 pupils. Hopefully, it will help strengthen collaboration and positive dynamics also at the school level.
