"Our Online restaurant" is a European project that encourages young people to get involved in having a reflexion about their food habits and to think about the consequences of their behavior as a consumer. During the COVID period the number of food delivery has increased a lot all around Europe, changing our consumption habits. In this project, pupils will create a virtual online restaurant, thinking about all the aspects of such an adventure : menu (taking into account all particular diets), food delivery service (how, how much), costs. They will choose the recipes, explain how to prepare the dishes, think of a communication campaign to launch the restaurant. They will reflect on their project in terms of strengths and weaknesses and will be able to discuss pros and cons of home meal delivery.
