Teenagers IDAP (Interests, Difficulties, Ambitions and Possibilities)

This Project arises from the vital importance of providing real attention to those students who have different rhythms of learning. Students with special needs who are studying at school but due to some difficulties such as family problems or difficulties in learning. Immigrants and refugees who can’t speak our language are not able to follow the natural process of learning at school. We don’t want to leave them apart . We have to think about the use of active methodologies and attractive activities to get them to totally be included in the educational system. A Project is a perfect way for encouraging students with different learning necessities to continue with their process of being an adult studying at our school. An Erasmus Project is a perfect tool to include and integrate all the students with different paces of learning. With this Project we will develop attention to diversity and inclusion. The main actors in the project will be the students aged 12-15 and their teachers, but we hope the school communities will benefit too. Children as a subject of learning, and teachers as mentors. The parent-child relationship will be on the basis of trust. Teachers will motivate and organize students and they will be active part in lessons and activities, specially those that will be taken using new methodologies and technology. It is quite important the students work in groups; collaborative and cooperative tasks must be the base of inclusion and attention to diversity as a way of helping, entertainment and motivation for all the students .
