The soft skills, interpersonal skills of an individual in a professional setting, are not innate. It is therefore possible to develop, cultivate and teach them. Learners will develop and validate these skills with a Europass certificate. Volunteer involvement with targeted associations, the organization of welcoming partners and work in multinational teams will allow the establishment of an active pedagogy that will lead to the achievement of our objectives.
