A) What does KINDNESS mean to you? Can you give a simple quick definition?

Some ideas include:

• Being a good friend
• Being helpful
• Being considerate of others
• Being inclusive

B) Give some examples of a kind behaviour in real life

C) How kind are you to others? And to yourself?
