Developing and changing technology, widespread smartphones, social media accounts, blogs… drag people into the depths of an incredible technology age. Long-term and intensive use of information and communication technologies by people causes very important results. In particular, we see that people who use the internet, after a while, disconnect from social life, start to show asocial personality and become insensitive to the outside world. In the new world where this intense information pollution is also experienced, it is possible to see addiction types such as Nomophobia, Phubbing, Selfie Disease (Selfitis), Electronic Insomnia and Cyberchondria in many individuals around us. Experts consider technology and internet addiction as a disease and accordingly work on the treatment of these diseases. With this project, we aim to create awareness by reaching larger masses, especially our own environment and the society we live in.
