“Picasso's Art in Kindergarten” is an art project about art in Kindergarten. It will take place throughout the school year, from April to May. This project seeks to make known to pre-school children art in its most varied aspects. It seeks to be something innovative and inclusive for everyone (children, educators, families and partners involved) where, through active/participatory methodologies, children will be able to give “wings” to their imagination/creativity and fly through universes never explored. It will start with a Project Work Methodology where the child refers to what he knows about the subject, what he wants to know and how he will know, frequently making the evaluation/reflection of the evolution or not of the project. Throughout the process, the educator tries to be creative and acts with academic rigor, guides and seeks the involvement of all children. On the other hand, it makes families aware of the importance of using this methodology, as well as establishing partnerships with children and educators from other countries. Painting, drawing, modeling, music, dancing, cooking, digital (…) will certainly be essential ingredients for the development of this project, as well as the sharing of habits and customs between the partners involved. The results obtained, the impact and the documentation used will be disseminated through the means that eTwinning makes available to its users: eTwinning platform, online meetings between partners, among others. It will also be published in the School Grouping Journal.
