Continuous professional development (CPD) is key in empowering European teachers, trainers, and educators to provide quality education to all. It can enhance job satisfaction, improve the school, and help them deal with rapid societal changes. The European School Education Platform offers a variety of online and on-site courses and MOOCs, primarily for teachers, school leaders, and other school staff from early childhood education and care to upper secondary level, including initial vocational and educational training, and for anyone involved in school education.
