This eTwinning project links to an approved funded Erasmus Project. By being involved in this programme we aim to cultivate a wider understanding of what it means to be a global citizen in Europe and how it can be further incorporated within the school setting. We aim to promote how pupils from different backgrounds, countries and cultures understand the idea of being a global citizen. Participating in the project will offer greater insight and understanding of the European cultural heritage and its importance to an individual's life, as well as, a greater understanding of what global citizenship is and a range of practices of implementing it in different educational settings.
