Robots Are Helping Students Build 21st Century Skills such as: adaptability initiative collaboration computational and critical thinking creativity T eachers have great difficulty thinking of ways to incorporate these skills into their stringent curriculums.. Robotics gives teachers the opportunity to introduce these topics in ways that meet their required classroom requirements, while helping students develop 21st century skills . Teachers need more professional development linked to tailoring, diversifying, and innovating teaching practices.Robotics helps address the growing demand for teaching science, technology, engineering and maths in schools.Educational robotics can be used to enhance student learning.Using robotics to teach opens the door to many learning opportunities for students and improves teaching practices. Robotics programs can strengthen skills in math and science, increase computer engineering, problem solving and technology skills.
