The project is proposed by some people that met each other in Nice in an Erasmus experience with the aim to practice the teaching methodologies learned at the European Teacher Academy in Nice and grow up the international collaboration. The project resumes an European Space Agency (ESA) iniziative for young people. The aim of the project is to bring pupils closer to understanding of the planet earth using images acquired from ground and from sky. By comparing images of different landscapes taken from the ground, with pictures of the same places taken by astronauts on board the International Space Station, and then with pictures taken by Earth Observation satellites, pupils will learn about the beauty and fragility of the territories in which they live and the advantage of looking at things from different angles and perspectives. Pupils will explore their territory from the images and will share their knowledges with students of different age and culture from other countries partner in the project, planning visits for them .
