Have you heard of the Sierpinski fractal? We decided to engage the entire school in our idea of making a huge Christmas tree from paper (which we later recycled). This gave us the opportunity to learn about recycling, polygons, fractals and the pupils presented their ideas on our eTwinning project and sustainability.

Almost 500 pupils each coloured, cut and made a tetrahedron. These formed a beautiful pyramid, our unique Christmas tree.
