- Statement that everybody is different might sound banal, and yet it is one of the greatest challenges for education and educators as it leads to an assumption that everybody has his/her own individual educational needs that should be addressed. How can it be done in an average class which comprises of 20 people? Is it possible to address most of these 20 sets of different needs and expectations in one class?
- Concepts such as Universal Design for Learning (UDL) or differentiation of instructions in academically diverse classroom (as defined by Carol Ann Tomlinson) can serve as an inspiration for teachers who would like to improve their differentiation skills. The participants of the workshop will understand how elements of different strategies of instructional design can be integrated in everyday curriculum and they will receive some ready-to-use materials.

- 📍Because Katowice is not a touristic city, the hotels and life in general are not expensive. We recommend the accommodation in the best hotel (Monopol Hotel 5*) for approximately 70 EUR per person per day in a twin room - rich buffet breakfast, two saunas, swimming pool included in the price.
- ✈️ Getting to and around Katowice is easy, thanks to the city's well-connected transport options. The airport offers public bus services to the city center for just about 3 EUR, while numerous cheap flight connections are available from various European cities. Additionally, Katowice is serviced by fast trains, making it easy to explore the region and beyond via eco-friendly transport (green travel).
- 🎓 Katowice is a university city with students from all over the world and a vibrant student life takes place in numerous atmosheric restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars.
