Reducing early school leaving with practice enterprise (RUSESL)

The project applied Practice Enterprise (PE) methodology. PE is a trainee-run company that simulates the operations of a real business and where the trainees learn how to work in a team, to take on responsibility, to develop self-initiative and to improve their soft, professional and technical skills.

The Erasmus+-funded project established comprehensive guides and reports (in five languages):

• The national reports contain information concerning data and statistics on ESL and employment situation of young people, identification of reasons for ESL, and collection of good practices concerning the main path and service of guidance within schools.
• The comparative report presents a common intervention methodology to implement the PE approach in partners’ countries, while also maintaining an EU perspective.
• The guide of application present the full PE methodology based on insights from the other reports and piloting experiences, including examples of PE implementation and assessment methods.
