We have only one planet and we forget how the Earth's natural resources is inherently miraculous While we are 90% sure that the cause of the crisis is human-induced activities, this rate was updated to 100% according to the IPCC report published on August 9, 2021. By 2030, the world economy is expected to nearly double and world population to grow from 6.5 billion today to over 8.2 billion people. Rising income and aspirations for better living standards will increase the pressure on the planet’s natural resources. In accordance with EU 2030 Climate Target Plan, our project aims to promote a more resource efficient European economy and society. We, as teachers can help our students understand global issues,see the connections to their lives and empower them to create a sustainable world.
