Participants will have access to a wide variety of interactive and practical learning materials designed to enhance engagement and support diverse learning preferences:
Trainer-created handouts, templates, and workbooks to support hands-on activities and reflection tasks.
Presentations, slides, and visual boards that guide participants through each module.
Digital tools and platforms that are suitable to promote communication, collaboration, critical and creative thinking.
Certification details
All attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
Upon request, we also offer the Europass Mobility Certificate.
Our training modules are designed and executed in line with the Quality Standards governing Key Action 1 courses.

If substitution or rescheduling is not possible, the following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellation more than 60 days before the course:
The course fee will be refunded, minus a €150 administrative fee.
Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before the course:
50% of the course fee will be retained by ITC (50% refund).
Cancellation less than 30 days before the course (or no-show):
100% of the course fee will be retained by ITC (no refund). -
