Learning objectives
- Understand the dynamics of bullying: Gain insight into the root causes, types, and impact of bullying on students, including the emotional, psychological, and social effects.
- Develop coaching skills to support students: Learn how to take a coaching approach to help students navigate bullying situations, empowering them with problem-solving and emotional resilience skills.
- Implement effective anti-bullying strategies: Understand and apply school-wide and classroom-level strategies for preventing and addressing bullying.
- Promote positive peer relationships: Foster an inclusive classroom culture that encourages kindness, respect, and empathy, helping students build positive relationships.
