Teach, Coach, Inspire: Innovative Strategies for 21st Century Classrooms
This 5-day course introduces teachers to innovative teaching and coaching strategies designed for 21st century classrooms. Participants will explore student-centred methodologies, coaching techniques & digital tools to enhance engagement, motivation and learning outcomes. Through practical workshops and collaborative activities, teachers will develop skills to create dynamic learning environments.

This 5-day course provides a structured pathway from understanding innovation in education to applying concrete classroom strategies.
Day 1 explores key principles of 21st century learning, including student-centred approaches and the evolving role of teachers as facilitators and coaches.
Day 2 focuses on applying active methodologies such as project-based, inquiry-based, and collaborative learning through hands-on group tasks.
Day 3 develops core coaching competences, including active listening, powerful questioning, and constructive feedback, supported by role-play scenarios.
Day 4 introduces practical digital tools and approaches such as blended and flipped learning, with a focus on designing interactive lessons.
Day 5 integrates learning into practice through innovative assessment methods, lesson design, peer feedback, and reflection on classroom implementation.

Methodology & assessment
Participants’ learning is continuously assessed through formative methods, including self-reflection, peer feedback, group presentations, and practical task outputs such as lesson plans and activity designs. Daily evaluation activities support reflection on acquired competences, while the final session focuses on assess of the overall learning outcomes and their transferability to classroom practice.
Materials, digital tools & other learning resources
The course uses presentations, case studies, worksheets, and practical toolkits. Participants work with digital tools such as collaborative platforms (Padlet, Google Workspace), interactive tools (Mentimeter, Kahoot), and content creation apps (Canva). Additional resources include real classroom scenarios, lesson plan templates, and curated online materials supporting innovative teaching, coaching strategies, and student-centred learning.
Certification details
At the end of the course, each participant will receive a certificate of attendance and a Europass Mobility Certificate.
We will support the participants in the certification process by delivering a special session devoted to Europass mobility certificates, as well as in the validation of learning outcomes process by providing mentors to all trainees during the implementation process when they will deliver trainings to their students using the Teachers’ Manual topics.

Course fee: EUR 80 per day per participant: EUR 400 for the standard 5-day training course.
ERASMUS+ FUNDING
Teachers in secondary schools, trainers, school managers, pedagogical advisers and any other staff of education organizations are eligible to receive an Erasmus+ grant covering all the costs including travel, accommodation and daily subsistence, cultural activities and all fees. The training course is designed to be fully funded by Erasmus+.
