Our participatory methodology will analyse how racial and cultural inequalities can affect the experience of students. We will explore proposals, initiatives, and techniques to help teachers.

The objectives of this course are:

To understand and define the key point in intercultural education
To study formal, non-formal and informal education perspectives in intercultural
classes.
To delve into pedagogical theories that can highly contribute to enhance
participation, collaboration, tolerance, respect and conflict management.
To discover art-based techniques with high added value as for intercultural
approaches.
To provide case-studies that have proven their efficacy in promoting inclusion and
diversity.
To merge advanced technology and interculturality.

Methodology & assessment

METHODOLOGY:

The training will provide theoretical and practical knowledge, using informal education methodologies to ensure a highly participative process. The theoretical concepts will be presented through a graphic presentation, and the learning process will be supported by work in small groups or tandem. A bibliography with suggested lectures will be provided. A few hours of personal work will be required.

ASSESSMENT:
During the mobility, the participant is continuously monitored and mentored by ESMOVIA trainer. Through the completion of the different activities and tasks proposed by the trainer, the achievement of the different learning objectives will be assessed.
We will also evaluate the quality of the course provided with the use of a satisfaction questionnaire at the end of the course. We will use participants' feedback to improve.

Certification details

We will provide the participant with a certificate proving the attendance of the course.

Finally, Europass mobility will be issued to all participants. This document will describe all the skills acquired during this course.

* More than 2 weeks before the course start: No charges will apply.
* Less than 2 weeks before the course start: The participant must pay 100% of the budget.

* More than 1 month before the course start: Changes are possible with no extra charges.
* Less than 1 month before the course start date: Changes will depend on the specific course. We will assess whether changes are feasible.
