Description

Our courses, developed within the Erasmus+ framework, combine formal and non-formal education methodologies to help educators manage classroom dynamics effectively. This training program provides teachers with practical tools to manage conflicts and cultivate positive relationships. We focus on proven strategies for de-escalation, constructive communication, and fostering mutual respect among students. By emphasizing social-emotional learning and empathy, we help educators create a supportive and harmonious environment.

To achieve our goals we implement:

  • Analysis of conflict case studies to identify effective resolution patterns.
  • Workshops on constructive communication and active listening techniques.
  • Simulations of mediation and collaborative problem-solving scenarios.
  • Collaborative projects to design classroom harmony agreements.
  • Discussions with international educators to exchange best practices for interpersonal connections.

Methodology & assessment

This course utilizes an interactive "learn-by-doing" approach, blending psychological frameworks with practical, non-formal learning strategies. The program is designed to empower teachers to practice mediation and de-escalation in a safe, collaborative context.

Key methods include:

Interactive Simulations: Practicing real-life conflict scenarios and mediation techniques.

Case Study Analysis: Evaluating successful strategies for building positive classroom climates.

Creative Workshops: Developing personalized toolkits for relationship management and emotional support.

Assessment: At the end of the course, participants are expected to submit an online portfolio on the NTR e-platform. This portfolio will include their reflections on conflict management, a sample lesson plan on empathy-building, and a custom "Classroom Harmony Action Plan" developed during the 10-day training in Malta.

Participants will have access to a dedicated course folder via QR code, containing:
