Women in art

"Women in art. Breaking the invisibility loop" is a KA229 Erasmus+ Project WIA project introduces the examples of European women artists into primary education through the arts curricula, in order to put into value their works and show the real importance their works have had in the history of art, breaking the invisibility loop and gender stereotypes, with the aim of transferring this awareness to other fields and subjects. As these female artists used minor arts and plastic techniques sometimes undervalued by an uninformed public, the diversity of techniques/art approaches pupils will deal with will also be broadened. The project involves three primary education schools, in Bari, (Italy), Florina (Greece), Luboń (Poland) and Valencia (Spain).
