As we know, we start to learn English at the age of 10 and in recent years even at the age of 6 or earlier in our country.But, when a person finishes high school after a 10-year education of English, (s)he can't speakand learn English well enough to practise with sb else. What is the problem? Is it about the people or sth else. What are the solutions of this problem? What can we do for changing this situation?
