The project aims at developing awareness about the importance of water and sustainable water management in the present time and for the years to come. Within the frame of the UN Sustainable Development Goals for 2030, students of Italian and French schools will explore and share both traditional and contemporary ways of water management, at the same time discussing water shortage and water pollution around the world. They will learn about extreme weather conditions, severe floods and droughts, and how water shortage has been tackled in big cities. Students will be able to find information on water consumption in their household and make suggestions on how to reduce water waste. They will use the twinspace and other digital tools to exchange their reflections and ideas, upload and share the activities of the project. All along the project students will also develop language skills and awareness of netiquette, privacy and copyright issues for a safer use of the internet.
