This project aims to develop a friendship and cultural exchange between the students at the schools involved. Pupils will communicate with their partners, creating diverse digital materials and resources to present themselves, their school, city, country, culture, traditions and national heritage. We will also focus on the history, advantages and disadvantages, but also the problems of the European Union.
With the activity, pupils will learn to appreciate the cultural diversity in Europe while discovering the cultural heritage of their partner schools, understanding and respecting the fact that life in Europe is culturally diverse. By matching them with students of similar age and from a different country, they will develop a sense of belonging to the European community, sharing similar but also different youth passions and doubts. The project will support us to motivate our students to practice English as foreign languages on its formal but above all on its informal level, discover countries, cultures, traditions and meeting new people.
