Kindly find attached the results from the survey of our Pre-Plan. As indicated in the conclusion kindly note the following.

 

As indicated in Q5, the majority of participants would like to have the project open and running for 7 months (from October – May).

 

This also allows the project to follow through with the ideas as indicated in Q1 which have been subjected into 6 categories. Meaning the final month would give the group time for dissemination, applications and so on.

 

The running order of how to progress with the categories is yet to be discussed in the next planning session including each role of participants collaborative help and support as indicated in Q3.

 

Furthermore, student participation and collaboration ideas vary as indicated in Q4 however these can be decided/discussed as a group to what could be done to enhance our project.

 

As results indicate in Q2, the majority are comfortable in working on Padlet and communicating on our Facebook group until the new platform is running smoothly. In the meantime we have been informed that the Twinspace in the new platform is still being seen too however our work is better to be saved on Padlet and then easily transferred to the Twinspace once it is safe to migrate especially since we will be all new to the platform.

 

This way we do not get discouraged and still be able to mentor and help each other through the new process.
