Project plan
Here is our project plan that can be edited according to each partner school's needs and students' suggestions.
Short Description
The main goal is to let students develop their 21st century skills. Students will be creative, collaborate in teams, collaborate with mixed nationality teams, solve problems, present and evaluate their work, learn how to give effective feedback, develop their IT skills and use English meaningfully. They will understand main causes for anxiety ( appearance, & bullying, lack of time, friendships, school (tests, marks, homework…) and how to cope( boost self-esteem, healthy eating, lifestyle…) They will also be involved in activities that promote well-being at school and in their daily life.
AIMS
To improve students’ 21st century skills: teamwork, problem solving
To improve English language skills (writing, reading, listening, speaking and interacting online, or even during video conferences)
To create a comfortable learning environment that fosters both teachers' and students' well-being at school
To create a collection of games/outcomes related to the activities (ebook, Genially)
To create healthy menus/lifestyles on a day plan
To be able to give presentations on towns, schools and games (with presentations both online and offline)
Work process
1) October/November 2024:
- Breaking the ice: Students will be divided in teams in each school and will introduce themselves with a short text or video that will involve simple funny “challenges” or questions for teams of the other schools (students will introduce themselves in a post or video and add a challenge for others – e.g. they can describe a famous book, song, place, video game- without saying the name and the others have to guess).
- They will create presentations of their towns and schools, the students from partner countries create games on the presentation of a different country from theirs.
The games can be created using Quizziz, Kahoot, learning apps …
We will play the games during a video call at the end of November
2) December 2024: Christmas greetings (in a Padlet or using another tool)
3) January-February
A. People spend a lot of time on their screens.
Let's plan an activity together.
- 1. Watch some videos on screen addictions. Think about the consequences of the addiction and how to fight against it.
2. In groups, set up a plan for a healthy day away from screens. Think about activities you can do with friends and or family. Schedule them (morning, afternoon, evening). Include two healthy meals.
3. Share it with your partners on the Padlet.
4. Students from the partner school will swap plans and put them into practice.
Gather evidence of that day (photos, videos...).Share them.
B. Agony Aunt
1. Wellbeing activities (mindfulness activities and even read aloud activities, we can read some pages from books they suggest)
2. Teenage life and teen anxiety (main causes of stress) and how to deal with them.
3. Read the posts on teen issues. Answer one of the problems. Advise the teenager (three pieces of advice). Present at least three arguments and illustrate them with examples and possible benefits. Share words of encouragement. You may add a picture that emphasises your message. Comment on advice given by partners.
Video chat if possible.
4) March-May
April 2025: Easter greetings
Setting up a NGO/ Volunteer Group
In pairs or individually:
a. Watch the video and comment the statement.
b.Set up a volunteer group and create a poster with relevant information(check guidelines). Then, upload it here. Explain your choice and two/three benefits of volunteering.

Video chat to play games and to say goodbye, if possible
