STUDENTS MEDIATE

Within a school setting, conflict resolution processes such as peer and school mediation involve students as active participants in addressing disputes or disagreements. These processes encourage communication, understanding, and collaboration among those involved in a conflict. They prioritize the significance of dialogue, empathy, and collaboration in resolving conflicts, rather than resorting to punitive measures. Moreover, these processes can foster a sense of community within the school, promote positive relationships, and augment students' social and emotional skills.
