Stereotypes and prejudice

This is a project for upper secondary school students on stereotypes and prejudice concerning different cultures in Europe. The project could be connected to different subjects, such as English and Social studies. By working with partner schools around Europe, the students can develop their views and evaluate their own perspectives on other cultures as well as their own. In addition, the students get to practice their English language communication skills and create new, virtual partnerships. Finally, they will have the opportunity to work on their digital skills. This project is inspired by another eTwinning project (which was not a part of the Project Kit. Unfortunately, I do not have the name of the person behind the original project - but thank you for the inspiration and guidelines!) Key words: cross curricular, prejudice, stereotypes, social studies, ESL, English, B2 level.
