Follow-Up Activities and Future Developments of Our eTwinning Project "Speak Up!"

As we prepare to launch the next phase of our eTwinning journey, the upcoming school year offers a renewed opportunity for meaningful collaboration, intercultural dialogue, and active citizenship. Far from being just a space for documentation, TwinSpace will continue to serve as a dynamic environment for exchange, creativity, and shared learning, connecting students and teachers across Europe in real time.

Building on the progress already made, we will deepen our exploration of key themes such as environmental sustainability, digital citizenship, and the fight against hate speech. Through interdisciplinary activities and student-led projects, we aim to raise awareness of environmental challenges and promote inclusive communication both online and offline.

Our project will also include international mobilities, designed to strengthen interpersonal connections and deepen students' understanding of European values:

• A mobility to Poland on the border of Czech Republic, focusing on memory, intercultural understanding, cultural heritage, community involvement, and democratic engagement on environmental protection;
• A study visit to Brussels, where students will explore EU institutions, take part in simulations of European parliamentary debates, and reflect on the importance of youth participation in European democracy;
• A mobility to Italy, particularly Sicily, where students will engage in hands-on workshops on intercultural understanding and democratic engagement on the topic of hate speech and new methodology as hackathon. 

These mobilities, combined with continuous virtual interaction through TwinSpace, will provide students with a space to co-create content, exchange ideas, and collaborate on shared goals. Outcomes will include digital products such as presentations, videos, posters, and blog posts—evidence of the students’ growing awareness of European identity and commitment to sustainability, respect, and cooperation.
