Güvenli İnternet Günü Etkinlikleri
Ayşegül ÇELİK / Havsa Şehit Okyay Deveci Kindergarten

As part of Safer Internet Day, we helped our students become familiar with the concept of safe internet use. We talked about how the internet is a tool for learning and having fun, but that we should always ask an adult for help when using it.

We learned basic rules through play, such as not talking to strangers, not clicking on unknown links, and telling an adult immediately if we encounter a problem.

We reinforced our learning with safe internet–themed coloring activities, making the experience both fun and meaningful.

Athanasia Koutsiampela/ Kindergarden of Kalamaki/ Greece

On Safer Internet Day, our kindergarten students participated in simple and age-appropriate activities to learn about safe internet use. The children coloured pictures related to online safety and talked about being kind and respectful online. Through discussion, they understood that we should not share personal information and that we should always use the internet with the help of an adult. The activity was adapted to their age and focused on basic safety rules in a simple and friendly way.

Gülşen Şen/ Özel Gerçek Preschool/ Nazilli-Aydın

As part of Safer Internet Day, we guided our students in understanding the importance of safe and responsible internet use. We emphasized that while the internet offers many opportunities for learning and entertainment, it should always be used with the support of a trusted adult.

By using play-based activities and discussions, we introduced key safety rules such as staying away from online strangers, avoiding suspicious links, and seeking adult help whenever they face a problem.

We supported this learning with creative, safe internet–themed coloring activities, making the process both enjoyable and memorable.
