Emotional well-being is vital for our health and everyday life: it is essential for a "good quality of life. We often take things for granted so we want to raise awareness about the fact that if we can control emotions and boost happiness we will develop a more positive attitude towards our surroundings.
Thanks to this project our young students will befriend their emotions, understand them, and harness their energy. If they can be aware of their emotions it will be easier to talk about feelings more clearly, avoid or resolve conflicts better. We want to promote a sense of well-being in our students and help them:
feel and express a range of emotions
have confidence and positive self-esteem
have good relationships with others
enjoy the world around them
cope with stress and adapt when things change.
