Our Board Works
Ayşenur Gönen/Gömü Secondary School/ Turkey
The eTwinning activities carried out by Ayşenur Gönen and her students at Gömü Secondary School continue. Our projects called "Green Minds, Digital Times" and "Scientists Of My City project" are carried out in Turkey as well as countries such as Poland, Greece, Georgia, Romania, Armenia and Croatia. Ayşenur GÖNEN introduced our projects and carried out dissemination activities in the ESEP and eTwinning introduction seminar organized in cooperation with Afyonkarahisar and Emirdağ.

In our project, our students got an idea about other teachers in the project by creating visuals with a toy box or table (chat-gpt) equipped with artificial intelligence on the board we prepared for the special 9 May eTwinning Day.

In order to develop students' Social Emotional Learning Skills within the scope of the Türkiye Century Education Model, each of our students researched a scientist and we created a scientist station. In this way, we realized the scientist station activities in science textbooks.

Our students continue to create joint products with the e-twinning project by experiencing the happiness of collaborating on a common path. They completed their e journal by combining their studies on important scientists such as Aziz Sancar, Bilge Demirköz, Umran S. İnan, İlber Ortaylı, exchanging ideas and sharing them. Our project contributes to our students' 'Social-Emotional Learning Skills' with the 'Turkey Century Education Model' approach with these researches.
