This fun and creative project combines several elements: English, environmental education, and art. The pupils are going to learn about how they can protect environment, how they can take care of our Earth even though they are “just“ elementary school pupils. At the same time, it will raise awareness in the schools participating in this project and in the pupils' families, too. Also, there will be mutual enrichment of the schools involved as they share their approach to recycling and different ideas. In addition, the pupils will be able to use their English and widen their vocabulary in this specific area. Teaching environmental education via using art will enable the pupils to be active participants in the learning process and come up with their own ideas.
