“Play Your Way to Health” unites three schools from Spain, Portugal, and Lithuania to promote healthy lifestyles, inclusion, and emotional well-being among students aged 12–14. The project responds to shared needs identified in all schools — the lack of physical activity, poor eating habits, and rising stress levels among young people. Through collaborative and hands-on activities, students will explore the links between physical health, nutrition, nature, and emotional balance. They will participate in sports, mindfulness, and creative workshops, learn about sustainable habits, and share their experiences through digital tools and international exchanges. The project’s main goals are to: Encourage students to adopt healthy, active, and sustainable lifestyles. Develop social, emotional, and communication skills through teamwork and intercultural exchange. Foster inclusion by ensuring participation of students with special educational needs, migrant backgrounds, and fewer opportunities. Integrate health and well-being topics into school life through innovative and inclusive teaching methods. The results will include stronger awareness of health and sustainability, improved school practices, and lasting collaboration between partner schools. A public TwinSpace and a project website will disseminate student work, digital materials, and good practices to the wider community.
