Some specialists in the field appreciate that: "physical education is physiological by the nature of its exercises, pedagogical by its method, biological by its effects and social by its organization and activity, at the center of which is man". Outdoor education is considered to be much more motivating, stimulating and with a strong impact on the learning process.
