OUTdoor is learnINg

Outdoor activities "aim to explore the possibilities of using the open air and the natural environment as a learning space and the formation of skills to work thematically, using this space in an interdisciplinary way". The outdoor activities that take place with preschoolers can be organized in the form of: creative workshops, sports activities, excursions, various games, practical-household actions, etc. Physical movement helps the child's mental development, prevents emotional lability, shapes temperament and attitudes. Some specialists in the field appreciate that: "physical education is physiological by the nature of its exercises, pedagogical by its method, biological by its effects and social by its organization and activity, at the center of which is man". Outdoor education is considered to be much more motivating, stimulating and with a strong impact on the learning process.
