The project is an extension of an already approved Erasmus+ project and will be used for communication between participants, exchange of materials and for dissemination of the project results to wider public. It involves 2 organizations from Turkey and Romania. While working in this cross-border project, sharing ideas and practices, teachers hope to improve: communication with students' families in order to reduce early school leave; staff's expertise on issues connected to healthy lifestyle; methods used for bullying prevention; means of providing support for the students coming from disadvantageous backgrounds; methodology in raising students' motivation. While working in this cross-border project, sharing ideas and practices, teachers will discover innovative didactic strategies to be used in classroom and will develop their professional competences in class management as well as their social, civic, entrepreneurship, linguistic and digital competences.
