1. Protect Personal Information:

   • Do not share personal details such as full names, addresses, phone numbers, or other sensitive information online.

   • Use only first names or initials when referring to students or participants.

2. Keep Student Privacy Safe:

   • Avoid uploading identifiable photos or videos of students. Blur faces or use avatars when necessary.

   • Obtain consent from parents/guardians before sharing any student-related content.

3. Secure Accounts:

   • Use strong passwords for TwinSpace and other project-related platforms.

   • Do not share login credentials with anyone, and log out after using shared devices.

4. Respect Copyright:

   • Only use materials (images, videos, music) that are copyright-free or properly licensed.

   • Credit sources when using external resources.

5. Monitor Online Behavior:

   • Encourage respectful and positive interactions in forums, chats, and posts.

   • Avoid inappropriate language, cyberbullying, or harassment of any kind.

6. Safe File Sharing:

   • Ensure all files shared are free from viruses or malware.

   • Avoid clicking on suspicious links or downloading unknown files.

7. Parental/Guardian Awareness:

   • Inform parents/guardians about the tools and platforms being used in the project.

   • Share eSafety guidelines with them to build trust and transparency.

8. Be Mindful of Public Sharing:

   • Ensure that any content shared outside the TwinSpace (e.g., on social media or websites) aligns with privacy and safety rules.

   • Get explicit permission before posting collaborative work publicly.

9. Educate on Safe Online Practices:

   • Teach students about phishing, fake profiles, and how to report inappropriate behavior.

   • Encourage them to report anything that makes them uncomfortable to a teacher or project leader.

10. Report Issues Promptly:

    • Use TwinSpace’s reporting tools or inform the project coordinator about any safety concerns or violations.
