Cultural exchange is an important part of every mobility phase. In addition to rehearsals and concerts, students explore the host cities together through guided activities, sightseeing, shared meals and informal meetings outside the musical programme.

The participating schools introduce their guests to local culture, history and everyday life. Students also spend time together independently, organise activities in small groups and stay in contact through messaging services and social media before, during and after the exchanges. These experiences help create personal connections between the participants and allow students to experience cultural differences and similarities directly in everyday situations.
