Today's schools are facing the fact of having among their students foreign students of first and second generation. In this project, teachers are enabled to create tools to assess if their school is really a welcoming, multicultural school, making a wealth of diversity, that welcomes all students enhancing their contribution to the identity of the school. Questionnaires will be used to monitor the situation, we will create or modify the existing protocol reception, teachers will seek for educational and planning tools so that the inclusion is effective. Teachers collaborate remotely on the eTwinning platform and in case of financing of their projects KA1 will be made reciprocal visits to jobshadowing to see how each of the two schools addresses inclusive issues.
