MinikMentor, is a peer mentoring project enriched with structured, play-based, and creative activities, in which second-grade students (mentors) guide kindergarten students (mentees). As part of the project, the children will actively participate in 12 thematic programs, including storytelling, creative drawing, environmental activities, theater, values education, and recycling.
The project contributes to the development of skills such as empathy, responsibility, communication, and leadership, while also supporting the social, emotional, and language development of preschool children. MinikMentor, which aims to make learning fun, meaningful, and lasting through peer interaction, offers an inclusive educational model.
