During the AI Generative Algorithms - Learning week in Cluj (20 - 24 October 2025), the participating students learned about AI Generative Algorithms in the 6 training sessions provided by Informathiques.

The six learning sessions were:

• AI generative algorithms – Workshop 1: 1. Introduction to Artificial Intelligence Generated Content
• AI generative algorithms – Workshop 2: Large Language Models
• AI generative algorithms – Workshop 3: GAN, Diffusion and Transformers
• AI generative algorithms – Workshop 4: Text Generation
• AI generative algorithms – Workshop 5: Image Generation
• AI generative algorithms – Workshop 6: Conversational Agents.

During this 12-hour students' training activity , the students:

learnt how generative artificial intelligence works, including:
•    the principle of sequence augmentation based on word probability
•    the concept of models and neural networks
•    training processes
•    embedding, feature extraction, and attention mechanisms
•    practical implementation through Python-based activities  
learnt how to effectively use generative AI models, including:

•    techniques for crafting high-quality prompts to obtain relevant answers
•    the benefits and appropriate contexts for using AI tools
•    potential risks and necessary precautions when interacting with AI
•    ethical and environmental considerations surrounding AI deployment
•    practical experience through guided activities and collective discussions on real-world implications.
