- Collaboration and Participation:
- All participants must actively engage in project activities and complete their tasks on time.
- Respect everyone’s ideas during group work and collaborate effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with project partners and share feedback promptly.
- Communication and Language Use:
- The language of communication throughout the project will be English. (This may vary depending on the project.)
- Always use polite and respectful language in all communications.
- Communication between students and teachers should remain formal and education-focused.
- Safety and Privacy:
- Students' personal information (phone number, address, full name, etc.) must never be shared.
- Content shared on project platforms and social media should not reveal students' faces or personal details; anonymize or blur such information.
- Ensure all platforms used during the project have proper security settings and comply with privacy policies.
- Copyright and Ethical Rules:
- All materials used in the project (images, videos, texts, etc.) must comply with copyright laws. Proper attribution must be given for any external content.
- Create original content and avoid using others' work without permission.
- Maintain honesty and adhere to academic ethics throughout the project.
- Time Management:
- Project activities and tasks must be completed by the specified deadlines.
- Inform the project coordinator in case of any delays.
- Regularly check the project timeline and adhere to the schedule.
- Technology Use:
- The technological tools to be used during the project (TwinSpace, Google Drive, Canva, Padlet, etc.) should be determined in advance, and all participants must learn how to use them.
- Use technological tools for educational purposes only and avoid inappropriate content.
- Students must use technology responsibly and refrain from behaviors such as cyberbullying.
- Cultural Respect and Tolerance:
- Respect different cultures and celebrate cultural diversity throughout the project.
- Discrimination, prejudice, or negative behavior will not be tolerated.
- Tolerance and understanding should be the guiding principles among project partners.
- Evaluation and Feedback:
- Share regular feedback during the project and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Conduct an evaluation survey or meeting at the end of the project to analyze the process.
- Acknowledge participants' contributions and celebrate their achievements.
- Responsibility and Self-Discipline:
- Each participant is responsible for completing their assigned tasks.
- Report any issues encountered during the project to the coordinator promptly.
- Students should demonstrate self-discipline and complete their tasks with care.
- Project Outputs and Sharing:
- Project outputs (products, reports, presentations, etc.) should be shared with all partners.
- Project results should be published on the eTwinning platform and the school’s website.
- Share the experiences and successes gained during the project with other educators
