Our project aims at raising awareness among our students about their eating habits in order to be in good health and to make them think about the impact of the carbon footprint on the planet in order to act as an eco-consumer in the future. Our project will deal with food, their daily involvement to reduce food waste at the canteen, the impact of their eating choices and level of physical exercise on their health and welfare for their future life. We would like them to be conscious of the different sources of nutrients and the benefits of doing exercises to be fit. We will tackle the consequences of bad eating habits for their health and for the environment. We will make them think about the role they have to play as future citizens and the solutions they can implement to preserve the environment .
