Během práce na projektu žáci shromažďují informace o typických pokrmech ze svého regionu a způsobech jejich přípravy. Objevují přitom místní tradice a díky výměně informací - receptů s partnery také tradice jiné země. Během projektu si studenti uvaří i některý tradiční pokrm z jiné země.
