The idea of this project is improving our students' writing skills thanks to a letter exchange. Each student will write to a penfriend from October to May about the following topics: October: self presentation (physical description, hobbies, free time activities, family) November: Education in our countries (how is the school organised, which subjects the students attend, their favourite one(s), how the school changed during the lockdown) December: Christmas and other important celebrations in the country (what are the most important festivals in the country, the most important in the family, how they celebrate them) January: typical food and dishes (description of the most important dishes of the country/the area where they live, their favourite food, the recipe) February: Idols (why they’re famous, physical description, clothes they wear) March: travel guide of the favourite town, city in the country April: logo contest (using Padlet and polls) May: plans for the summer holiday
