Hippocrates was famous for the quote, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” — which we can translate to “food is medicine”. With this project we want students to realise that food is an important part to prevent some diseases of the 21st century, like diabetes and obesity. Food is one of the curriculum lexical contents of English in the 5th year. The aim is to let students discover ingredients that are healthy and let them be creative in sharing the right meals to their peers.
