In this project, the students will work through various activities such as: creating a gratitude tree in order to think about the positives in their lives, students will discuss the challenges of their lives in international forums, will keep a weekly record of their feelings, alternatively will anonymously answer the questionnaire. Based on the above-mentioned activities they will create THE MANUAL OF WELL-BEING OF A TEENAGER-flyer/booklet.
