Mission FORCE - The MAGNETIC ENGINEERS

Created by Nicoleta Livia Barbu
Last updated by Angeliki Liapi 1 week 5 days ago

We explore MAGNETIC FORCES.

Invisible powers that can attract or repel objects without touching them.

Our mission:
✔ Discover how magnets work
✔ Test which materials are affected by magnetic forces
✔ Understand how invisible forces are used in everyday technology

Through investigation, we observe how objects move and interact even when we cannot see the force itself.

As Magnetic Engineers, we learn that science helps us explain hidden forces and use them to create useful solutions.

👉 “Let’s make the invisible visible!”

Title
2nd Kindergarten of Lykovrysis, Greece_Mission 4: Investigating Invisible Magnetic Forces
Description
Description

Using Inquiry-Based Learning and Learning by Doing, our young scientists explored how magnetic forces act without touching objects. Through observation, experimentation and teamwork, they identified magnetic materials, investigated attraction and repulsion, and shared their findings through the Invisible Logger. Their discoveries showed that invisible forces are part of everyday life and can help us understand the world around us.

Description

Through inquiry-based and hands-on learning, the Grade 2E students from Mihai Eminescu School in Pitești explored the fascinating world of magnetism. By experimenting, observing, and working together, they identified magnetic materials, investigated attraction and repulsion, and shared their findings through the Invisible Recording. Their discoveries showed that invisible forces are part of everyday life and help us better understand the world around us.
