TOCfE is a methodology recognised in 22 countries, on six continents, developing applications for all educational stages for more than 20 years. Nowadays, education all over the world faces the most serious challenge in the history, to prepare students for the technical revolution and its consequences that we are still not aware of. TOC for Education is set of thinking tools, with graphic form that enables teachers and students develop key competences for XXI century challenges: -critical thinking, -cause and effect relations, -creative thinking, - conflict resolution, - problem solving, - cooperation, - goal setting and goal achieving. The aim of the project is to create a model of implementing TOCfE methodology that will contribute to the development of critical thinking , combining with School Mediation process for improvement towards safe school environment and conflict resolution skills.
