Activity 4 - Online Meeting / Incontro online
Within this key project activity, a highly successful international online meeting was organized and implemented, fostering direct communication and cultural exchange between partner schools.
Implementation and results
The online meeting was successfully held on 16 April 2026. Around 40 students from Montenegro and Italy took part in the activity.
At the beginning, students introduced themselves. At first, they were a bit shy, but soon they became more relaxed and confident.
During the main part of the lesson, students worked in groups and talked about different topics such as food, school, free time and city landmarks. They asked and answered questions in English and Italian and showed great interest in each other’s culture.
Students also took part in a Kahoot quiz based on the videos they had watched before. They worked in groups, discussed the answers, and enjoyed the activity very much. Both schools participated at the same time and followed the same activities.
At the end of the lesson, students shared their opinions using Mentimeter. The feedback was very positive, and students said they enjoyed the experience and this way of learning.
At the end of the meeting, a special 3D project was presented, which will be described in more detail in the next activity.
The lesson followed the planned structure, and all activities were successfully completed. Students were active, motivated, and engaged throughout the session.
The activity was also shared on the official Facebook pages of both schools, further promoting the project.
The lesson was organised as an open class in the Montenegrin school, with the presence of the school principal, school psychologist, several teachers, and the ICT coordinator, who provided technical support during the whole process.
All project materials, evidence, and resources for this activity are documented and organized. You can access the official dissemination posts and the detailed lesson plan through the following links:

Note on Student Privacy
To respect data protection laws and privacy policies, the faces of the Italian students are blurred. The Italian school has strict rules and does not publish photos of children on social media or public sites. On the other hand, our students from Montenegro are not blurred because their parents signed official consent forms at the beginning of the school year, allowing us to take photos and publish them for school projects.
